The International House (or "House of Colors") is an international residency aimed to welcome you at your arrival your first days, weeks or months.
The International House is an entirely non -smoking place that has up to 7 rooms in the winter and 8 in the summer, of which 3 are reserved for short stay travelers (people staying less than 28 days).
Each room represents a known city on a continent, with an appropriate decoration , in order to experience the feelings of colors and the cultural sharing that the House symbolizes.
Each room has a double bed and one or more sofa beds to easily accommodate single or groups travelers. Many rooms are equipped with a mini fridge and others with an air conditioner. Bedding and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and completely available to all occupants. It is the central place and serves as a meeting and conversation place. It comprises a TV, a computer and a telephone accessible to all, and even a mini- library and some society games.
There are two bathrooms fully equipped ready to serve all guests. The two bathrooms are shared by all occupants.
The residency has a big community room in the yard for multiple usages: party room, studying room, meeting room, conference room, dining room, resting room, reception, dances etc. The private garden at the backyard is open to all occupants and also serves as meeting places, relaxation, relaxation and even an open air cinema or a dance floor area.
